We want you to be satisfied with Pixatt. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed.
Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund (Within 14 Days)
- You purchased credits but have not used any
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
Partial Refund
- Generally not available for partially used packages
- Exceptions may be made for technical issues on our end
No Refund
- Credits have been used (consumed for AI analysis)
- Request made after 14 days
- Account terminated for Terms violation
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@pixatt.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and order number
- Briefly explain the reason for your request
- We will respond within 2-3 business days
Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Time to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider
- Stripe refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Technical Issues
If you experienced technical problems that prevented you from using purchased credits:
- Contact support@pixatt.com with details
- Include screenshots or error messages if possible
- We will investigate and may offer credit restoration or refund
